Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item is defective or unusable

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@pinkvelvet.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Due to the nature of our logistics model and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind, opened cosmetics, or incorrect size choices.

Refunds or replacements will be issued once your request is reviewed and approved by our customer service team.
